From the North Pole #3

Paper Pumpkin is Stampin' Up's monthly subscription box. November’s "From the North Pole” kit included supplies for 12 gift tags—4 each of 3 different designs. Kits always include an exclusive stamp set, a mini ink cube, embellishments, and adhesives.

The intended projects are always fun, but I love to find different ways to use the kits and show their versatility.

I love the "Ho Ho Ho" sentiment from the stamp set, and if you turn it upside down, it becomes "Oh Oh (Oh)" This reminds of that Christmas song, so I paired it with the "Santa Clause is Coming to Town" sentiment and Santa image from last month's kit to create this fun hidden message slider.

Take a look if you'd like to make one:

-Basic White Thick cardstock

  • 8-1/2” (W) x 5-1/4” (H), scored at 4" and 8" along the long side. At 4-3/4" and at 7-1/4" along the long side, cut from 3/4" to 4-1/2"

  • 3-3/4" (W) x 4-1/2" (H). At 1-7/8" along the long side, cut from 0" to 3-3/4"

-Mint Macaron twine

  • At least 20"

December 10th is the last day to sign up for next month’s kit, called Good Things Come in Small Packages. This kit makes 16 gift card holders, 2 each of 8 reversible designs. We'll get a Garden Green mini ink cube! If you‘re in the U.S. and would like to subscribe to Paper Pumpkin with me, I’ll send you a handmade thank you card, and I’ll be sure to let you know when I post new ideas!
