Paper Pumpkin is Stampin' Up's monthly subscription box. August's "Meaningful Flowers” kit contained supplies for 8 cards--4 each of 2 different designs. Kits always include an exclusive stamp set, a mini ink cube, embellishments, and adhesives.
The intended projects are always fun, but I love to find different ways to use the kits and show their versatility.
The vellum piece from the kit is really striking, and I wanted to find a different way to use it, so I added a little cardstock to make a box card.
I also used the lotus die cut and decorative panel for the front.
On the back, I kept the lovely explanation of the symbolism that had been printed on the original cardbase. There's space for a message above it, but if you need more room, you could replace this with a piece of Basic White cardstock.

September 10th is the last day to sign up for next month’s kit, called With Love & Gratitude. This kit makes 8 treat envelopes and 8 matching notecards. A gorgeous coordinating journal is available in the online store while supplies last. If you‘re in the U.S. and would like to subscribe to Paper Pumpkin with me, I’ll send you a handmade thank you card, and I’ll be sure to let you know when I post new ideas!
