Hi! I’m Vy with Crafting Daily Dose. Welcome to this month’s A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop, featuring alternatives for the November 2025 Wrapped in Cheer kit.
This kit included supplies for 8 gift boxes, 2 each of 4 designs. Kits always come with an exclusive stamp set, a mini ink cube, embellishments, and adhesives. As of today, refills are still available for this kit.
I use a lot of small gift boxes this time of year to treat my child's teachers, the postal carrier and delivery drivers, and others with gift cards—so I love having these boxes on hand. I assembled my boxes so that the glossy Mossy Meadow was on the outside. I also simplified the design and reoriented it so that the greeting faces a different way.

I got multiple kits, and I made cards from some of the kit components. For this project, I used a Basic Beige card base and a 2" circle punch. The wreath surrounds a window opening to create a focal point, and the message is stamped on the inside of the card.

I cut up a gift box to use as a decorative panel. I also added one of the banners, and to give the illusion that it was long enough to stretch down the length of the card, I cut it apart before punching the circle. Rather than trying to punch through all 3 layers at once, I punched the cardbase first, inserting it as far as it would go before punching. I then centered the decorative panel over the cardfront and marked where to punch the circle. And finally, I lay down the strips of the banner and marked where they should be punched.

After that, I closed the card and stamped the sentiment through the opening so that it would be centered.

Finally, I adhered everything in place, being careful to not have adhesive on any part of the wreath that was inside the circle.
For an easy upgrade to the bow die cut, I used one of the pieces that was punched out from the bow loop, trimmed down the pointy end of it, and created a knot, which was added using a mini Dimensional foam sticker.

Measurements:
- Basic Beige cardbase
8-1/2" (W) x 5-1/2" (H), scored at 4-1/4” along the long side
- Kit box
2-5/8" (W) x 4" (H)
- Kit banner
Trim at 2-1/8” from the top edge before punching the pieces separately.
All done!
